This was a busy weekend, but I still managed to get my goals accomplished. I played squash, I hung out with friends, I did a small babysitting job, I backed a ham, made 9 servings of ham and mac and cheese, sewed together a quilt top, and went to a movie.

I tracked my expenses, I tracked my food, and I made a chart for my goals and am going to bring my motivational stickers home from the office and affix them to the chart whenever I meet a goal. Visual representation of my commitment, and when I should reward my sticking to it.

If I could only shake this virus that is making me uncomfortable and a bit dizzy, things would be looking pretty good.
